My story bookmarks have gone missing T.T

There are two stories in particular I am trying to track down. One is called something like “It’s all legal” and is about animal rights. Basically a law is passed that says a human has to have a certain set of genetic markers, and then some bioterrorists weaponise something which remove those markers. The people are then legally not human and are treated as animals (mainly puppies). It was very interesting!

The other is actual about pony play but maybe someone knows it. I seem to recall in the description that it was loosely based on or drew inspiration from the Anne Rice Sleeping Beauty quarter. A man goes to a stable in order to spend some time as a pony. He has a safe word he can use at any time to stop. At the last minute he thinks about stopping, but then they put a bit in his mouth and he can’t say the safe word. They never take the bit out so he is trapped. He is naked and along with other ponies pulls carts around town, having to urinate outside in public. They put some sort of sack over his balls that they fill with a liquid that burns when they want to make them go faster and they oil their bodies and apply bells to them when they go outside too.

It would be great if someone could help me find them. Been furiously googling for ages now and not coming up with anything.
